We are one of the fastest-growing distributors in hair cosmetics in the Benelux. From our head office in the Netherlands, we build strong brands including KIS Haircare, L’ANZA, Paul Mitchell and Absolution.
Behind the scenes, a compact IT team works on a reliable digital workplace, smart processes and well-functioning systems. We are looking for an experienced network and systems administrator who can strengthen daily IT operations and professionalise them further.
What will you do?
- Manage and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
- Set up and support user accounts, permissions and access management.
- Manage and optimise networks, Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls and VPN connections.
- Identify, analyse and resolve issues in systems, networks and workplaces.
- Support colleagues with IT questions and practical user issues.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint and related cloud environments.
- Maintain a secure and reliable IT environment, including updates, backups and basic security measures.
- Contribute to improvements in IT processes, documentation and standardisation.
Who are you?
- Proven experience as a systems administrator, network administrator, IT administrator or similar role.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of Windows workplaces, laptops, mobile devices and workplace management.
- Experience with networks, firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN and basic network security.
- A structured, independent and service-oriented way of working.
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to colleagues.
